From my observation, what we really want is generational peace, prosperity, purpose, and power. And to get there means doing the deep somatic work to return to your body — your first home, where Source resides.
It means engaging in practices that restore internal felt safety. A nervous system clear of the trauma that has lived in your body. A mind clear of the lies that were planted in you — the ones that unconsciously shaped your decisions and thus your beliefs. We are making the unconscious conscious.
Source — God, Buddha, Allah, Krishna, whatever name you call the highest — wants you to have what you want, or better. As long as it is in the greatness of yourcelf and huemankind.
When you love on you — when you increase your self-worth, your self-respect, your self-discipline — you become unstoppable. When you have authority, agency, and advocacy over yourcelf and your children, no system can hold you back.
We are done settling. We are here to rise. To choose heaven on earth.
The gap is not knowledge. It is embodiment. And embodiment begins in the nervous system — yours first.
Regulated does not mean calm. It means showing up in proportion to what the moment actually calls for. And holding more money requires the same regulated nervous system as conscious parenting. The nervous system does not compartmentalize — when you do the regulation work, everything rises.
Your mind is your business. Your body is your business. Tend to it. You are the Gardener now.
